We offer VAT Free shopping. You may have to pay import VAT and import duties. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and will vary depending on the value of your order. All Non-UK customers should check with their local customs office for current customs charges in their location or, you can use the Simply Duty Calculator.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

All of our products are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

From Outside The EU

When returning goods from outside The U.K. please state ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outer package to avoid any customs charges and delays with your refund.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.  

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly label 'RETURNED GOODS’ on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. Thomas Farthing Limited is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.

We will refund shipping charges only if the goods are in some way faulty.
