All orders are meticulously packed by our team at our London store, utilising sustainable packaging materials. We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. While our goal is to dispatch your item within one working day, please note that processing times may extend to three days during peak periods.

Delivery rates are calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of the items ordered.

Our website is integrated with DHL Express, ensuring reliable and prompt shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email and text notifications containing tracking information.

EU Delivery Options

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UK

When visiting www.thomasfarthing.co.uk, the displayed currency and applicable tax rates are determined by your IP address. Customers located outside the UK will see prices that exclude UK VAT (currently 20% for UK customers).

Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any local import VAT and customs duties upon delivery. DHL Express, our primary courier, will automatically calculate taxes and duties based on the order value and the destination country. If you believe these fees are excessive, you may challenge them directly with DHL or your local customs office, and not through Thomas Farthing Ltd.

In the event a customer declines to pay these charges, any associated fees will be deducted from the original order value, which may impact the refund amount.

UK-made products may qualify for reduced import duty under EU regulations. Consequently, while tax will be applicable upon delivery, duties may be significantly lower.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information regarding any potential charges or exemptions relevant to your order.

Please Note: We are unable to undervalue orders or designate them as gifts.

RETURNS POLICY

All of our products are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

From Outside The EU

When returning goods from outside The U.K. please state ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outer package to avoid any customs charges and delays with your refund.

Returns Terms & Guidelines

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly label 'RETURNED GOODS’ on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. Thomas Farthing Limited is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.

We will refund shipping charges only if the goods are in some way faulty.
